What’s included in the free trial?

The trial lasts 7 days, with unlimited email analyses and up to 100 Fishi messages. No payment is required to begin.

Which email services does FishAI work with?

FishAI connects to Microsoft 365 with your permission. You can also submit an .eml file or paste the text of an email or SMS. You connect your mailbox from your FishAI account.

How much is the individual plan?

The individual plan costs CAD 14.99 per month and renews automatically each month. The total and payment terms are shown on Stripe before you confirm.

What happens after payment?

Once you complete payment on Stripe, you’re redirected to the FishAI control center to continue setting up your account.

Do I need to give you email access here?

No. This page presents the plans and takes you to Stripe for payment. You connect your email later in FishAI, with the necessary permissions.

How do I sign up for my business?

The business plan will be handled separately. Contact us to discuss your needs. Business payments are not available on this page yet.

Does FishAI detect every fraudulent email?

No. FishAI is decision support, not a guarantee. It examines the clues, explains what to check and does not replace your organization’s security procedures.
