Nature of service
Echo Digital provides website creation, email marketing, conversion, automation, and ongoing digital support services. Prices are in Canadian dollars, before taxes.
Pricing and payment
The diagnostic is payable at kickoff. Sprints are paid in two installments after any eligible credit is applied. The Partnership is billed at the beginning of each month. Build and redesign projects are billed by stages specified in the agreement. Final deliverables are handed over after full payment.
Timelines
Timelines run after the required access, content, and approvals are received.
Exclusions
Software, apps, media, creators, shoots, and out-of-scope work are not included.
No guarantee of results
Echo does not guarantee an increase in sales, ROAS, or conversion rate. Echo commits to a scope, deliverables, a process, and timelines under its control.
Ownership
Accounts are created in the client’s name and paid deliverables belong to the client.
